New Rules and Changes to Old Rules
As reported in the C-box the night this was done, there is a new page in the Second Glance Laws dedicated to Halflings and Fae Diseases. The Halflings page will be getting a few more listings of possible crosses in the future. I need to remind myself that Halfling Vampires can also cross each other in the same way that the Weres can. Only in cases of Human Vampire Mime Disease will victims possibly loose their ability to reproduce. Also I plan on later extracting the Diseases to it's own separate page. I left it as is tonight because it flowed well at the time I wrote it, and I'm too tired to fix it at the moment.
The old rule change that I spoke of are the exemptions to mortal world exposure that I added to Fae Weaknesses. The exemptions to the exposure rule are 1) sealing spells that slow time down to near-frozen for the fae and 2) special hidden safety zones. The appearance of the first Safety Zone in the mortal world will come as a gift when we pass the 10 member marker. This is an incentive to others to advertise us so that we can bring in more people and increase site activity.
Welcoming New Members
In the two weeks since we officially opened, we've seen three new members join our click. Two of which, were added yesterday evening. I would like to officially welcome Archangel, Bacardi, and Angell.
A personal note on Angell, she is long time friend of mine from another rp site. We've been playing together for over a decade. She's offered to pitch in some time from her busy life as a mother of a very active two-year-old daughter, Emily, and a professional tutor, to get in on the game and help us roll. Therefore, since she's been here done this just as long as I have, you will now see her listed as the third admin. Psst, those still suffering the woes of school, did I mention she's a professional tutor? I'm working through college and she helped ME with a problem assignment. ;D
That's it for this news edition. By the way, this newsletter idea came from Eyis back when we were still building the site. If we survive, you'll see more of these, hopefully next time with more content.
