This tiny cove sits just inside the Jade Forest. Fed by a fork from the Dana, it features a large grassy meadow and a small lake with shallow mossy front shores, backed by a towering bluff. High rocks and difficult slopes make this area safe from predators, though some say that an actual sanctuary ward was cast here by Danu and Dagda when they first lounged here in the beginnings of the Faery Realm.

This massive range of mountains covers most of the Highlands. It stretches from the sea-facing cliffs to the south, to the frigid ice desert of the north. Throughout are scattered various valleys and alpine forests. Climate tends to depend on altitude. Beware, the caves here are Unseelie Territory! There is also the occasional band of fae-blooded giants who live in small tribal villages.

This vast network of caverns is the home of many a dark fae beings. The sacred ground of the Unseelie, these halls and chambers are filled to the brim with those who hate the sunlight. It's exits can be found all over the highlands, and for a ways, the river Dana descends to flow here. This part of the river is often called the River of the Dead.
