Nickname: Does your character have a nickname?
Gender: Is your character male or female?
Race: Fae or Mortal?
Age: Humans list normally. List your fae as Child, Youth (same as pre-teen), Adolescent, Early Adult (in human terms that would be 20s-30s), Adult, Middle Age, Older Adult, and Elderly.
Season: Every fae is born with one season as their most powerful time of year. Their season is not always dependent upon their element it is possible to have a Winter fae hold power over fire.
Element/Powers: What element(s) and/or does your character control, if any at all?
Alignment: IF FAE > Is your character Light, Neutral, or Dark?
Animal Form: What animal was your character born as? If were/halfling/other what animal can they become?
Animal Form Description: Describe the animal form. What colors and markings does it have?
Fae Form Description: If your character is at or beyond the Early Adult stage, you may list a description of what their fae/elf form looks like. If this is a future stage you may list what they will eventually look like.
Human Form Description: What would your character look like in "human form" to the human population?
Personality: What kind of personality does your character have?
History: What kind of history does your character have?
Additional: Do you want to add an image (provide credits for image) and/or additional comments about this character?
Codewords: You only have to provide this once. These words are found in the rules pages along with instruction of how they should be submitted.
